Usage
:- Ensure the housing bore and shaft are completely clean and free of burrs before attempting installation.
- Apply pressing force only to the outer ring if installing into a housing, or only to the inner ring if pressing onto a shaft.
- Never strike the rubber seals directly with a hammer or hard tool, as distortion will ruin the protective seal line.
- Maintain correct alignment during installation to avoid asymmetric load distribution and premature bearing fatigue.
Maintenance
:- This bearing is engineered as a "sealed-for-life" mechanical component. The dual rubber seals permanently trap the factory grease inside and block environmental contaminants outside.
- If a bearing begins to exhibit grinding noises, excessive vibration, or radial play, it should be completely replaced rather than serviced.
