Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Attach the PNME nozzle securely to the cutting torch.
- Set the recommended gas pressures O₂ 1.5 bar and LPG 0.15 bar.
- Open LPG slightly and ignite the flame.
- Gradually add oxygen until a neutral flame is formed.
- Position the nozzle at the cutting line and begin moving steadily.
- Maintain even speed for smooth and accurate cuts.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Clean gas passages frequently using a nozzle cleaning tool.
- Remove carbon deposits or blockages before use.
- Store in a dry, dust free location to prevent oxidation.
- Avoid dropping to protect nozzle alignment and seat geometry.
- Inspect regularly for wear or discoloration due to overheating.
