Description
The 14-inch Horizontal Stone Janta Flour Mill is a robust, industrial grade grinding solution designed for high-efficiency flour production. Built with a traditional horizontal stone-grinding mechanism, this "Atta Chakki" is engineered to produce nutrient-rich, cool-ground flour while maintaining the natural flavor of the grain. With a solid 75 kg build and a production capacity of up to 40 kg/hr, it serves as an ideal bridge between domestic use and small-scale commercial milling. This specific model is supplied without a motor, allowing users to integrate their preferred 2 HP power source.
Features
:- High Production Output: Delivers a consistent flow of 35 to 40 kg/hr, making it suitable for continuous operation.
- Precision Stone Grinding: Equipped with 14-inch (35.56 cm) diameter high-quality emery stones for fine, traditional grinding.
- Heavy Duty Build: A total weight of approximately 75 kg ensures stability and minimal vibration during high-speed rotation.
- Large Hopper Capacity: The 30 kg hopper allows for bulk feeding, reducing the need for constant manual refills.
- Engineered Drive System: Optimized with a 30 mm shaft and 8-inch pulley to translate 1440 RPM motor input into a steady 400 RPM disc speed.
Applications
:- Small Flour Mills: Perfect for local "Chakki" shops providing custom grinding services to neighborhoods.
- Organic Food Outlets: Ideal for businesses focusing on stone-ground, whole-wheat flour without nutrient loss.
- Catering & Restaurants: Enables bulk production of fresh flour for rotis, breads, and specialized batters.
- Animal Feed Production: Can be used to grind maize, corn, and other grains for poultry or cattle feed.
- Agricultural Farms: Allows farmers to process their own harvest into value-added products for direct sale.
Usage
:Step 1 : Set Up the Atta Chakki
- Location : Place the stone atta chakki in a stable, dry area, preferably away from moisture. The best environment is well-ventilated and clean.
- Inlet Adjustment : Adjust the inlet for the grains to fall into the grinding compartment. Ensure it connects correctly and securely to avoid any spillage.
- Choose the type of grain you want to grind. Common choices include whole wheat, rye, corn, or any other grain of your preference. Ensure the grains are clean and free from impurities.
- Open the inlet and begin pouring in the desired amount of grain. Do not overload the machine, begin with pouring grains into the hopper.
- Commercial stone atta chakkis come with adjustable settings for coarseness. Depending on your need, set the grinding level to fine or coarse.
- Switch on the atta chakki in order to start the grinding process.
- Keep an eye on the process; you may need to adjust the grain flow or the grind settings based on the result you observe.
- As the grinding process completes, fresh flour will begin to appear from the outlet of the chakki. Collect the flour in a clean, dry container.
- After processing, take the time to clean the stones and surrounding area to prevent residue build-up. Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the atta chakki.
