Usage

• Preparation: Ensure the sweet packet is enclosed in appropriate shrink film (e.g., PVC, POF, PE shrink film). Plug the hot air gun into a 220V power outlet.
• Setting: Select the appropriate temperature and airflow setting for your shrink film. Start with a lower setting and gradually increase if needed to avoid damaging the film or product.
• Application: Hold the hot air gun a safe distance (typically 6-8 inches) from the sweet packet, maintaining a continuous, sweeping motion. Begin by heating the edges and corners of the packet, then move to the larger surfaces.
• Shrinking: Observe the shrink film as it conforms tightly around the packet. Ensure even heat distribution to achieve a smooth, wrinkle-free finish. Avoid holding the gun in one spot for too long to prevent melting or burning.
• Cooling: Once the desired shrink is achieved, turn off the hot air gun and allow the packet to cool, setting the shrink wrap in place.

• Regular Cleaning: After each use, allow the hot air gun to cool completely, then use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the exterior and remove any dust or debris from the air vents and nozzle to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
