The Pilot HTP 30 Golden Color Power Sprayer Pump (PL-HTP80) is a heavy-duty 3-5 HP (2.2-3.7 kW) pump for agricultural spraying of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, plus high-pressure cleaning. It operates at 800-1200 RPM with 20-35 L/min suction, 1-4 MPa adjustable pressure, and HTP No. 30 design in durable golden finish for reliability in farms and plantations.

Usage
:- Ensure all fasteners are tight and the pump is securely mounted on the frame; set pulleys in a straight line with proper belt tension to avoid slippage.
- Tighten all hose joints to prevent leaks before operation.
- Before starting the motor, shut off the cock valve, loosen the pressure adjusting screw, and pull the pressure adjuster to the top position.
- Start the motor and operate within 800-1200 RPM; press the pressure adjuster down and adjust the pressure screw to maintain around 21-35 kg/cm² as needed.
- Open the cock valve to start spraying evenly across the target area, moving steadily to ensure uniform coverage.
- After completing spraying, pull the pressure adjuster up, run clean water through the system to clear chemical residues, and perform routine maintenance checks on the engine, spark plugs, air filters, and carburetor.
- Regularly replace engine oil and grease pump components as per the maintenance schedule for prolonged pump life.
