Usage
:- Ensure the sprayer and motor are firmly installed on the frame, with pulleys aligned and belt tensioned appropriately.
- Tighten all hose joints to prevent leaks before operation.
- Before starting, close the cock valve, loosen the pressure adjusting screw, and pull the pressure adjuster to the top position.
- Start the motor, maintain the proper RPM (800-1200), press the pressure adjuster down, and adjust the pressure screw to maintain 21-35 kg/cm² pressure for spraying.
- Open the cock valve to start spraying, moving steadily to ensure uniform coverage.
- After spraying, pull the pressure adjuster up and flush the system with clean water to remove chemical residues.
- Regularly perform maintenance: check fuel mixture, clean the air filter and spark plug, adjust the carburetor, and change engine oil as needed for sustained performance.
