Usage
:- Choose a 36-hole pattern for the rim and spokes, then use a 3-cross pattern to lace the spokes.
- Grease the bearings and thread the end caps to secure the axle.
- Evenly spaced tension spokes (hand-tight initially, then 10–12 Nm torque using a tensiometer).
- Install the QR axle through dropouts after mounting the freewheel or cassette onto the threaded side.
- Adjust the spokes to get a true wheel; test spin for balance (<1mm wobbling).
- After 100 kilometers of cycling, install the wheel and adjust the tension.
