Description
Reliable single-phase full-wave rectification is provided by the HUMSER 50V-10A Aluminum Body AC to DC Bridge Rectifier, which converts AC input into smooth, low-ripple DC output. Its sturdy aluminum alloy enclosure supports sustained 10 Amp loads at up to 50V reverse voltage and offers outstanding thermal management through natural heat dissipation. In applications such as battery chargers, inverters, DC motor drives, and industrial automation, this heavy-duty component, designed for harsh environments, guarantees mechanical endurance, excellent conversion efficiency, and simple panel or chassis mounting.
Features
:- Superior natural heat dissipation is made possible by the aluminum alloy body, allowing for prolonged high-current operation without the need for active cooling.
- Perfect for low-voltage power electronics, it can handle up to 50V of reverse voltage and 10 Amps of continuous current.
- For clean DC output, a single-phase full-wave bridge design reduces ripple and increases rectification efficiency.
- In industrial environments, rugged metal housing provides long-term dependability, mechanical strength, and resistance to vibration.
- Simple panel or chassis mounting with pre-drilled holes for safe installation is supported by the compact form factor.
- Stable operation in continuous-duty applications is ensured by industrial-grade construction that can tolerate heat stress.
- High surge current capability preserves operational safety while guarding against startup inrush.
Applications
:- Power supply and adapters that convert AC to DC
- Circuits for charging batteries
- DC motor drives and controls
- Inverter input phases
- E-rickshaw and EV electronic systems
- Do-it-yourself electronics projects and modeling
- Control systems for industrial automation
- Power adapters and LED drivers
- Electronic upkeep and repair
Usage
:- Place the rectifier on a chassis or flat panel where there is enough airflow to dissipate heat.
- Use the proper screws and mounting holes to secure; if using a heatsink, apply thermal compound.
- Connect AC input across ~ and ~ terminals, DC+ to + terminal, DC- to - terminal per standard bridge wiring.
- Before turning on, check the voltage ratings and polarity (max 50V reverse, 10A continuous).
- Use a multimeter to check the output for low ripple under load and the correct DC voltage.
- During initial runs, keep an eye on the temperature; if it's consistently running close to maximum ratings, add fan cooling.
