Usage
:- Connect the System: Screw the quick-connect coupler of the CP-180 fluid pump hose securely into the base inlet port of the 10-ton solid ram cylinder.
- Align the Load: Slide the low-clearance cylinder flat underneath the target vehicle lifting point or framing joint, checking that the piston face makes flush, square structural contact.
- Engage Hydraulic Pressure: Tighten the pressure release valve control screw on the manual pump body clockwise until it is firmly sealed shut.
- Pumping Sequence: Pump the manual hand lever up and down smoothly. The high-pressure hydraulic fluid will travel from the 400cc tank, driving the piston outward through its 2-inch stroke.
- Controlled Retraction: Slowly turn the pump release valve knob counter-clockwise to allow the hydraulic fluid to vent steadily back into the reservoir, safely retracting the cylinder down into its 4-inch starting profile.
