Usage
:- System Coupling: Interlock the quick-connect coupler of the CP-180 pump hose firmly onto the fluid intake port of the FPY-20 ultra-thin cylinder jack.
- Mounting Positioning: Place the low-profile pancake cylinder directly flat beneath the load. If necessary, utilize the dual integrated mounting holes to bolt the ram securely sideways or upside down.
- Closing the Circuit: Firmly tighten the manual pressure release valve knob on the CP-180 pump body by rotating it fully clockwise.
- Lifting Action: Actuate the pump handle lever smoothly. The hydraulic fluid will force the stainless steel piston ram upward through its 12mm stroke to safely elevate the 20-ton load up to a total height of 55mm.
- Spring Retraction: Slowly turn the pump release valve knob counter-clockwise. The built-in heavy spring return will automatically retract the piston down into the block frame while driving the oil cleanly back to the pump reservoir.
