Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to use) :
- Connect the machine to a 220V outlet. Secure the ground clamp to the workpiece and the electrode holder to the output terminal.
- Set the amperage based on your electrode size and material thickness.
- Ensure the VRD feature is active for maximum safety before welding.
- Strike the arc quickly. The internal ARC Force will help maintain stability during the weld.
- If the rod sticks, the Anti Stick feature will reduce the current, allowing you to easily remove the electrode and resume work.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Use a clean, dry air compressor periodically to blow dust from the cooling vents and internal multi-PCBs. Dust is the biggest threat to IGBT components.
- Regularly inspect power and welding cables for damage. The integrity of the ground clamp is crucial for feature performance.
- Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after turning the machine off to fully cool the internal components.
- Store the X Machine in a cool, dry, and dust-free environment when not in use.
