Usage

Usage Guidance (How To Use) :

Safety First Always wear a welding helmet, protective gloves, and a leather apron before starting the machine to ensure personal safety.
Setup Connect the earth clamp firmly to the workpiece and the electrode holder to the terminal to complete the circuit.
Current Selection Set the amperage based on your electrode size, generally calculating about 30 to 40 Amps per millimeter of electrode diameter.
Welding Scratch the electrode against the metal to strike the arc, then maintain a steady gap and consistent travel speed for a clean weld.

Maintenance Guidance :

Dust Control Regularly blow out dust from the machine vents using dry compressed air to keep the internal IGBT components cool and efficient.
