Usage
:- Use a sturdy pipe vise or supports to firmly secure huge pipes.
- In the strengthened ratchet frame, install the appropriate BSPT die (1¼" or 2").
- On the die and pipe end, apply strong industrial threading compound.
- Attach the threader square to the pipe and turn on the long ratchet handle.
- Use smooth 1/4 forward, 1/8 back ratcheting to apply constant pressure.
- Proceed until the thread reaches its full depth (16–22 rotations for big diameters).
- Check the accuracy of the thread gauge and make sure everything is clean before assembling.
