Usage
:- Firmly fasten a large pipe with a clean, square-cut end in a heavy-duty vise.
- For the super ratchet frame, use the proper NPT die (1¼-2").
- Use a lot of industrial pipe threading lubricant on the pipe end and die.
- Engage the super ratchet handle and position the threader perpendicular to the large pipe.
- For large pipes, use the enhanced super ratchet motion, which is 1/3 turn forward and 1/8 backward.
- Keep going until you reach the entire thread depth (12–16 rotations for big diameters).
- Before assembling the huge pipes, make sure the thread gauge fits the chosen standard.
