Usage
:- For full range threading, make sure the pipe is squarely cut and securely fastened in the vise.
- For a full range frame, choose the proper BSPT or NPT die (½-2").
- On the die and pipe surface, liberally apply industrial pipe lubricant.
- Place the threader perpendicular to the pipe and fully engage the super ratchet handle.
- Perform the super ratchet motion by turning the thread one third of the way forward and one eighth of the way back.
- Until full thread depth is reached, keep rotating each size (8–16 depending on diameter).
- Before assembling pipes, check with a thread gauge; clean dies after professional usage.
- For professional transit protection, keep the entire toolkit in a sturdy plastic box.
