Usage

• At the work site, firmly secure the pipe with an integrated, convenient clamping device.
• Choose a die head that fits the specified pipe diameter (1/2", 3/4", or 1").
• Without adjusting, insert the die head into the electric threader.
• Use the built-in oil can reservoir to liberally apply pipe threading oil.
• Turn on a 32 RPM electric motor and position the threader perpendicular to the pipe end.
• When using automatic threading, keep your forward pressure constant.
• When the thread depth is reached, stop the motor and slightly reverse it for removal.
• Check the threads with a gauge, then clean and put the entire set back in the PVC storage box.
