Its heavy-duty 6.2 kg forged steel construction and improved super ratchet mechanism enable faster cutting throughout the entire fractional range. International instrumentation, export plumbing, and mixed-standard workshops needing 3/8" starting capacity through 1¼" mains are served by this adaptable, wide-range dual-thread tool. Usage
:- Use a clean, square-cut end to secure the pipe firmly in the vise.
- For the super ratchet frame, choose the proper BSPT or NPT die (3/8-1¼").
- Lubricate the die and pipe end thoroughly with universal threading lubricant.
- Turn on the super ratchet handle and place the threader perpendicular to the pipe.
- Make use of the improved super ratchet action: 1/8 in reverse, 1/3 in forward.
- Continue until the desired thread depth (8–14 rotations by size) is reached.
- Before final assembly, confirm that the thread gauge fits the chosen standard.
