Usage
:- PVC pipe should be cut square and its inside and outer edges deburred.
- Using the integrated gauge, adjust the threader blades to match the pipe's OD.
- Apply a liberal amount of plastic pipe lubricant to the pipe end and blades.
- Lightly tighten by hand after positioning the threader perpendicular to the pipe end.
- Using both handles, rotate clockwise while applying constant forward pressure.
- Rotate continuously until the entire BSPT thread depth is reached (6–8 rotations).
- Before assembling, clean the threads and check the fit with a plastic male adapter.
