Usage
:- Install pipe firmly in a threading stand or heavy-duty pipe vise.
- Lock into the strengthened ratchet frame after choosing the proper BSPT die (½-2").
- On the die and pipe end, apply heavy industrial pipe threading compound.
- Engage the industrial ratchet and align the threader precisely perpendicular to the pipe.
- With a consistent 1/4 turn forward, 1/8 turn back rhythm, apply forceful forward pressure.
- Continue until the thread is fully engaged (12–18 full spins).
- Before assembling the final pipe, thoroughly clean the threads and check the gauge fit.
