Usage
:- Using a clean, square-cut end, secure the pipe in the vise.
- Choose the proper BSPT die (½-1") and place it inside the ratchet frame.
- Use a generous amount of pipe threading lubricant on the pipe end and die.
- Engage the ratchet handle after positioning the threader perpendicular to the pipe.
- While ratcheting clockwise (1/4 turn forward, 1/8 turn back), provide constant forward pressure.
- Continue until the desired thread length (usually 8–12 full turns) is reached.
- Before final assembly, clean the threads and make sure the mating pipe and nipple fit.
