With its heavy-duty platform and bending rollers, the Inder P-161A is a complete tube roller bender package that can make 12 to 50 mm round or square tubes, 1.1/2" NB pipes, 1° x 2" rectangle tubing/C-channels, and 1.1/4" flat stock. Inder Industries' floor-standing workstation produces bends of production quality for handrails, furniture frames, automobile exhaust systems, and structural fabrication. Usage
:- Put the stand together and use anchor bolts to level the concrete floor.
- Install bending rollers in accordance with the material type configuration table.
- Using a calibrated scale, adjust the top roller height to get the appropriate bend radius.
- While keeping an eye on the bend's progress, insert the tube or pipe and turn the handle steadily.
- Maintain accuracy by cleaning metal shavings and lubricating rollers on a regular basis.
