Usage
:- Setup: Place the machine on a level floor and ensure the foot pedal has a clear, unobstructed range of motion.
- Timer Calibration: Adjust the electronic timer dial based on the material; start with a lower setting for thin polybags.
- Pouch Positioning: Use both hands to hold the bag opening flat and tensioned across the 300mm sealing wire.
- Actuation: Press the foot pedal down firmly. The indicator light will glow, signaling that the sealing impulse is active.
- Cooling Phase: Keep the pedal depressed for 2 seconds after the light goes out to allow the seal to solidify and fuse under pressure.
- Batch Testing: Inspect the initial seals; if the material melts too much, reduce the timer; if the seal is weak, increase the setting.
