Description
The Ingco DBC0314101 is a premium 30x410 mm pointed hex chisel engineered for extreme demolition. Designed specifically for high-power breakers like PDB17008, it excels at penetrating the toughest concrete grades, masonry, and stone. Its high-strength forged steel construction ensures durability during heavy-duty mortising and deconstruction, making it the professional choice for structural clearing and restoring joints.
Features
:- Heavy Duty Performance : Specifically designed to withstand the high impact force of large demolition breakers.
- Pointed Tip Design : Concentrates force into a single point for faster penetration of hard concrete and rock.
- Hex Shank System : Features a 30mm hexagonal shank for secure locking and maximum power transfer.
- Industrial Durability : Forged from high-grade steel to resist bending and breakage under extreme loads.
- Extended Reach : 410 mm length allows for deep penetration and better accessibility in demolition zones.
Applications
:- Concrete Demolition : Breaking down the toughest grades of reinforced concrete and foundations.
- Structural Deconstruction : Precision mortising and clearing of reinforcement bars.
- Restoration : Clearing old mortar joints and cleaning surfaces of brick or block.
- Adjustment Work : Shaping or trimming stone and masonry structures during construction.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Installation : Insert the 30mm hex shank into the tool holder of a compatible breaker (PDB17008/18). Ensure the locking pin is fully engaged.
- Angle of Attack : Position the pointed tip at the desired break point. For splitting, keep the tool at a 90-degree angle to the surface.
- Operation : Use the weight of the machine to apply pressure. Let the hammer's impact do the work; do not lean excessively on the tool.
- Cooling : For very hard materials, pause occasionally to prevent the tip from overheating.
Maintenance :
- Resharpening : When the point becomes dull, professionally regrind the tip to restore its penetrating power.
- Cleaning : Remove dust and debris from the hex shank after every use to protect the breaker's internal chuck.
- Lubrication : Apply a thin layer of grease to the shank before insertion to reduce friction and wear inside the tool holder.
- Storage : Keep in a dry place and apply a light coat of anti-rust oil if storing for long periods.
