Usage
:Setting Up :
- Connect the recoil hose (4 m) between your air compressor and the tools using the correct Nitto-type connector.
- Ensure your compressor can provide the required pressure (3–4 bar for spray gun, up to 12 bar for inflating gun) and required airflow.
Using the Spray Gun :
- Fill the 600 cc paint cup with compatible paint (dilute if needed, depending on viscosity).
- Start at a lower pressure (e.g., 3 bar) and adjust up to 4 bar to find the best atomization.
- Maintain a consistent distance (usually ~15–25 cm) from the target surface to get uniform spray.
- Use smooth, overlapping strokes to avoid runs or uneven coating.
Using the Blow Gun :
- Use the blow gun for dust removal, drying, or clearing debris from surfaces or tools.
- Keep nozzle pointed away from people or sensitive surfaces.
- Use short bursts of air to conserve compressed air and reduce noise.
Using the Tire Inflating Gun :
- Connect the inflating gun to the hose and then to the tire valve.
- Monitor the pressure via the gun’s dial / gauge and adjust till desired tire pressure is reached.
- Use deflation function if over-inflated or to bleed air safely.
Safety & Maintenance :
- Always wear safety goggles when using blow or spray functions — compressed air can eject particles.
- Use a mask / respirator when spraying paint to avoid inhaling aerosols.
- After use, purge tools by blowing out residual fluid / air to avoid moisture build-up.
- Drain your compressor tank regularly to reduce moisture.
- Inspect hose and connectors periodically for wear or leaks.
- Store tools in a clean, dry box to prevent damage.
