Usage
:User Instructions :
- Bit Selection : Insert an SDS-Max chisel into the holder. Pull the locking sleeve back to ensure it is locked.
- Safety First : Wear safety goggles, ear protection, heavy-duty gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Positioning : Stand with a wide base. Hold the breaker vertically or at a slight angle against the concrete surface.
- Operation : Grip both handles firmly and pull the trigger. Apply steady downward pressure; do not force the tool.
- Technique : Break material in small chunks from the edges inward to prevent the bit from getting stuck.
Maintenance :
- Lubrication : Regularly check the grease level in the gearbox; use only high-quality Ingco-approved lubricants.
- Carbon Brushes : Monitor brush wear and replace them when they reach 5mm to prevent motor damage.
- Chuck Cleaning : Clean the SDS-Max chuck after every use to prevent dust from jamming the locking mechanism.
- Vibration Check : Ensure all handle bolts are tight, as the high impact force can loosen fasteners over time.
