Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Check : Wear high-quality ear protection, safety goggles, gloves, and a dust mask.
- Mount Disc : Unplug the unit. Install the included 355mm disc, ensuring the rotation arrow on the disc matches the machine's direction. Tighten the arbor nut securely.
- Set Depth : Adjust the base plate to your required cutting depth (up to 120mm).
- Start : Connect to power. Grip handles firmly. Start the machine and allow it to reach full 4800 RPM.
- Cut : Lower the blade into the surface. Push the machine forward steadily. Let the 2800W motor do the work; do not apply excessive side pressure.
Maintenance :
- Carbon Brushes : This is a high-load tool. Check carbon brushes periodically and replace them when worn to protect the motor.
- Air Vents : Concrete dust kills motors. Use a blower or compressed air to clean the vents after every use.
- Disc Inspection : Regularly check the cutting disc for chips or cracks. A damaged disc at 4800 RPM is a safety hazard.
- Cord Care : Inspect the power cord for any cuts or abrasions from the job site and repair immediately if found.
