Usage

• Preparation: Ensure the ice box is clean and dry before use. Pre-chilling the ice box with ice or ice packs for several hours will significantly enhance its cooling performance.
• Cooling: Use a substantial amount of high-quality ice or ice packs to maximize the 40 to 48-hour insulation capability, considering the large internal volume. Distribute the cooling material evenly.
• Loading: Arrange your food and drinks efficiently inside, packing them as tightly as possible to minimize air space and help maintain a consistent cool temperature. Place frequently accessed items near the top for easy retrieval through the vending lid.
• Vending Lid Access: Use the smaller vending lid for quick access to drinks or smaller items without opening the entire main lid, thus preserving the cold temperature inside.
• Placement: When in use outdoors, try to keep the ice box in a shaded area to further extend its cooling duration.

Maintenance:

• Cleaning: After each use, empty the ice box and clean both the interior and exterior with warm, soapy water. Pay particular attention to cleaning the vending lid and its hinges.
• Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all traces of soap residue. Ensure the vending lid mechanism is also rinsed.
• Drying: Wipe the ice box dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry completely with both the main lid and the vending lid slightly open to prevent the build-up of odors or mildew.
