Description
Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ 101 is a premium-grade, specially formulated integral liquid waterproofing compound designed as a "tonic for cement." It is engineered to be mixed directly into concrete, mortar, and plaster during construction. By chemically modifying the cement mix, it dramatically reduces water permeability, enhances overall structural workability without requiring extra water, and delays steel reinforcement corrosion. Fully compatible with all types of sand (including M-Sand, Robo Sand, and River Sand), this advanced admixture prevents dampness, efflorescence, and internal structural decay right from the foundational stage.

Applications
:- Waterproofing structural concrete layouts including foundations, columns, beams, retaining walls, and roof slabs.
- Internal and external wall plastering to permanently prevent dampness and bubbling paint.
- Brick/block joint mortar bonding and water tank, basement, or bathroom floor screeds.
Usage
:- Step 1: Calculate the dosage accurately based on the standard ratio: 200 ml of Dr. Fixit LW+ per 50 kg bag of cement.
- Step 2: Add the measured quantity of LW+ directly into the clean mixing water required for the batch. Never add it directly to dry cement.
- Step 3: Mix the sand, aggregates, and cement uniformly in a dry state on a mixing pan or mechanical mixer.
- Step 4: Pour the water containing the dissolved Dr. Fixit LW+ mixture slowly into the dry concrete or mortar bed.
- Step 5: Mix thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes until a smooth, cohesive, and workable consistency is achieved.
- Step 6: Cast the concrete or apply the plaster as standard practice, followed by mandatory water curing cycles.
