Description
This Semi Smart Battery Management System (BMS) is designed to manage and protect 8S to 20S series LiFePO4 (LFP) battery packs. Engineered with high-grade components and a common-port charge/discharge architecture, this 40A continuous current BMS ensures maximum protection and performance for electric vehicles, solar power banks, and industrial battery assemblies. Equipped with an integrated UART communication port and NTC temperature sensors, the JBD-DB20SA02 allows real-time data monitoring and flexible parameter configuration via a host computer or diagnostic software. The board features automatic cell identification, passive cell balancing, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, and thermal protection mechanisms to significantly extend overall battery pack life.
