Description
The JK Super Drive Standard Series 4.76 mm (3/16 inch) Tungsten Carbide Tips Masonry Drill is incredibly durable and precise when drilling into concrete, brick, and stone. These drills are 133 mm long overall, with brazed tungsten carbide tips and a chrome finish. They have 52 mm flutes for effective debris removal and a 135° point angle for forceful cutting. This 10-piece set, made for standard drill chucks, offers wear-resistant performance for do-it-yourself and construction projects, guaranteeing clean holes with little effort and long tool life under demanding circumstances.
Features
:- When drilling repeatedly in abrasive masonry materials, brazed tungsten carbide tips offer exceptional hardness and impact resistance.
- For longer lifespan and smoother performance, a chrome treatment provides a polished surface, decreased friction, and corrosion protection.
- In hard concrete and stone, a 135° point angle facilitates quick initial penetration and effective material breakdown.
- Accurate anchor, screw, and fixture size is ensured by the standard series' 4.76 mm cutting diameter.
- The 52 mm flute length facilitates quick chip and dust evacuation, avoiding binding and overheating.
- A ten-piece pack offers bulk dependability for frequent home renovation projects and professional construction sites.
Applications
:- Drilling anchor holes for structural fasteners in concrete slabs and walls.
- Making holes in brick and stone for wall plugs and masonry anchors.
- Block work for installations, retaining walls, and building frameworks.
- Preparing the site for plumbing penetrations, conduits, and electrical boxes.
Usage
:- Set the hammer/rotary masonry mode and secure the shank in the drill chuck.
- To contact the carbide tip, use little pressure first, then keep the speed constant.
- For deep holes, use coolant or water spray to cool the tip and remove dust more quickly.
- To avoid clogging, occasionally withdraw to empty 52 mm flutes.
- Before reusing, check the condition of the tip; if the carbide is worn or chipped, discard it.
