Description
The heavy-duty Jumbo Lever Grease Gun Kapson K-513 is intended for severe field maintenance and high-volume industrial lubrication. This is the largest manual applicator in the Kapson line, with a whopping 950cc (32 oz) capacity. It was designed for personnel who need to maintain heavy machines without frequent refills in mind. It has a customized 5/16" precision piston that allows it to produce exceptional output pressure to clear blocked grease fittings despite its enormous volume. The K-513 is a powerful tool for the mining, construction, and agricultural industries. It is constructed with an enlarged, reinforced steel barrel and a high-strength die-cast head.

Usage
:- To load the barrel, unscrew the huge head. Lock the triangle handle after pulling it back. Use high-capacity grease cartridges or bulk suction to fill the barrel.
- Assembly: Securely reattach the head. To enable the spring to compress the grease in the direction of the head, release the plunger lock.
- Priming: To remove air pockets and allow grease to flow from the coupler, use the air bleeder valve or slightly loosen the head while pumping.
- Connecting: Make sure the machine's grease zerk is clean. Securely snap the 4-jaw coupler onto the fitting.
- Lubricating: Press the lever with long, steady strokes. The strong pressure produced by the 5/16" piston is ideal for removing obstructions in large machinery.
