Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Ensure the 240V single-phase power supply is stable. Wear full PPE (Goggles, Gloves, Boots).
- Mounting : Insert the SDS Max chisel into the holder; pull back the sleeve to lock it securely.
- Positioning : Place the chisel tip against the concrete at a 90-degree angle for maximum penetration.
- Engaging : Grip both handles firmly and pull the trigger. Apply enough pressure to keep the bit engaged without leaning your full body weight on it.
- Operation : Work in small sections, breaking pieces off from the edges rather than the center.
Maintenance :
- Dust Removal : Clean the SDS Max chuck regularly to prevent grit from damaging the locking mechanism.
- Grease Check : Periodically check the lubricant levels in the impact chamber to ensure the 25J force doesn't cause overheating.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect the motor brushes every 50 hours of use and replace them if they are worn below 5mm.
- Storage : Keep the tool in a clean, dry environment to prevent rust on the tool holder and internal components.
