Usage
:User Instructions :
- Assembly : Securely connect the 1.5m shaft to the 850W motor unit.
- Startup : Plug into a 230V single-phase outlet and switch on the motor.
- Insertion : Dip the 35mm rod vertically into the wet concrete; do not force it or use it to push concrete around.
- Vibrating : Hold for 5–15 seconds until the surface turns shiny and air bubbles stop rising.
- Withdrawal : Remove the rod slowly while it is still vibrating to prevent creating a hole in the mix.
Maintenance :
- Shaft Cleaning : Immediately wash the vibrating rod and shaft with water after use to prevent concrete from hardening on it.
- Motor Protection : Keep the motor unit away from wet concrete and water splashes to prevent short circuits.
- Carbon Brush Check : Inspect brushes every 30 hours of operation to ensure the 850W motor runs smoothly.
- Lubrication : Periodically grease the internal flexible shaft to reduce friction and heat buildup.
- Ventilation : Ensure the plastic motor casing vents are clear of dust and debris for optimal cooling.
