Applications
:- Paint and Varnish Removal : The high temperature (up to 650°C) softens old layers of paint, lacquer, and varnish, allowing them to be easily scraped off surfaces like wood, metal, or masonry.
- Shrink Wrapping & Tubing : It is ideal for industrial packaging (shrinking plastic film around products) and electrical work (shrinking insulation tubing around wires).
- Plastic Bending & Shaping : At temperatures between 200°C and 300°C, it makes PVC and other plastic pipes pliable enough to bend into custom shapes for plumbing or DIY projects.
- Thawing Frozen Pipes : It provides a safe way to thaw frozen metal pipes during cold weather without the risks associated with open flames.
