PONA A BACTOR Liquid (500ml) is a high-potency biological nitrogen-fixing bio-fertilizer specifically developed for sugar-accumulating crops such as sugarcane, banana, sweet corn, pineapple, and sweet sorghum. Formulated with Acetobacter spp. at a minimum bacterial concentration of 1 × 10⁸ CFU/ml, this liquid Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria (PGPB) colonizes the root zone and rhizosphere soil to continuously convert atmospheric nitrogen into bio-available plant nutrients. The 500ml pack size is ideal for preparing seedling root dip treatments (mixing with 20 liters of water) and treating up to 50 kg of seeds or sugarcane setts. PONA A BACTOR is a bio-fertilizer based on Acetobacter spp., a beneficial nitrogen-fixing bacterium specially recommended for sugar rich crops.

Applications

Seed / Sett Treatment: Mix 100 ml of liquid per 10 kg of seeds or setts (500ml treats 50 kg seed). Apply uniformly diluted with a small quantity of water and shade dry for 20–30 minutes before sowing.
Soil Drenching / Localized Application: Dilute 5–10 ml per liter of water and apply directly around the root zone of plants during early establishment or nursery growth stages.
Soil Moisture Prerequisite: Ensure application is conducted under moist soil conditions to support bacterial survival, movement, and successful colonization in the rhizosphere.
Compatibility & Handling Instructions: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Avoid direct tank mixing with chemical fungicides or bactericides; maintain a 5 to 7 day interval between bio-fertilizer and chemical pesticide treatments.
