Applications

Usage

1. Preparation: Ensure the ice box is clean and dry before use.
2. Pre-Cooling (Recommended): For optimal cooling performance, pre-chill the ice box with ice packs or ice for several hours before loading.
3. Loading Contents: Pack pre-chilled food and drinks, arranging them efficiently.
4. Adding Ice: Add ice packs, ice cubes, or block ice, distributing them evenly throughout the contents. The more ice used, the longer the cooling duration.  
5. Securing the Lid: Close the plain lid firmly to create a tight seal and maximize insulation. Minimize opening the lid to maintain the internal temperature.
6. Placement: Store the ice box in a shaded area whenever possible to enhance cooling efficiency.
7. Emptying and Cleaning: After use, empty all contents and melted ice. Clean the interior with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely with the lid open before storing.

• Regular Cleaning: Clean the ice box after each use to prevent the build-up of dirt, food debris, and odors.
• Mild Cleaning Solutions: Use mild soap and water for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can damage the polyethylene.

• Child Safety: Keep the ice box out of reach of small children as the large interior could pose a suffocation risk.
• Weight Consideration: Be mindful of the approximate weight of 58 kg when empty, and the added weight when fully loaded, especially when lifting and transporting. Consider having assistance when moving a full ice box.
• Avoid Overloading: Do not overfill the ice box to the point where the lid doesn't close securely, as this will compromise insulation.
• Handle with Care: While the roto-moulded construction is robust, avoid dropping the ice box from significant heights or subjecting it to excessive impact.
• No Seating or Stepping: Do not use the ice box as a step stool or seat, as it is not designed to support significant weight in that manner.
• Limit Extreme Heat Exposure: While designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures can reduce insulation efficiency. Try to keep it in the shade.
• No Hazardous Materials: Do not store flammable, corrosive, or other hazardous substances inside the ice box.
• Drainage (If Applicable): If the ice box has a drain plug, ensure it is tightly closed during use and open only for draining melted ice.
