Description
This impulse sealer is used to seal low graded pouches by applying heat through an electrical impulse. The process involves generating a quick burst of heat that melts the plastic at the sealing point, allowing it to bond together once cooled. This method is widely utilized in various industries for packaging purposes due to its efficiency and effectiveness.

Usage
:- No warm-up time needed.
- Put Plastic bag on platform, press down the handle.
- Leave the handle about one second after the signal is off.
- Do the final adjustments on the timer after a few operations.
- If the bag is not sealed properly, increase the time slowly & if the bag is sealed too much or melted, decrease the time.
Maintenance :
- Regular Inspection : Check the heating element (wire) regularly. If the element breaks change the element ASAP.
- Cleaning : Clean the sealer surface using silicone spray to maintain its functionality and appearance.
