Description
This 24 inches (600mm) impulse type foot sealer is a high-efficiency sealing machine that seals plastic bags using the impulse sealing method. The impulse sealing machine makes excellent air & water-tight seals on materials like P.P, L.D, H.M, and polythene bags, along with various other types of bag films. Usage
:- Choose the Right Location : Place the foot sealer on a flat, stable surface that is free from liquids and flammable materials.
- Prepare the Bag : Select a heat-sealable bag appropriate for your product. Ensure the bag is clean and free of debris. Position the bag flat over the sealing area without any wrinkles or folds.
- Adjust the Sealing Time : Set the timer on the sealer according to the thickness of your bag. Test with a sample bag if necessary.
- Seal the Bag : Place your foot on the pedal to lower the sealing jaw onto the bag. Maintain pressure until you see an indicator light turn off, signaling that sealing is complete.
- Cool and Inspect : Allow the seal to cool for a few seconds before releasing pressure. Check the seal for any defects or leaks to ensure it is airtight.
Maintenance :
- Regular Cleaning : After each use, wipe down the sealer to remove any excess bag material or food debris that may have accumulated on the seal bars.
- Check for Wear and Tear : Inspect the sealing element, Teflon cover, and pressure pad regularly for signs of wear.
