A Makita 40 V Cordless Vaccum Cleaner, VC005GLZ also known as a cordless handheld vacuum or cordless stick vacuum, is a portable and battery-powered cleaning device designed for quick and convenient cleaning tasks. These vacuum cleaners are versatile and offer the freedom to clean various surfaces, including floors, carpets, upholstery, and hard-to-reach areas without being tethered to an electrical outlet by a cord.

- Powered by 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery (two in parallel); Automatically switches to the second battery when the first battery runs out
- Variable suction power control dial (stepless) allows for a wide range of applications from “High power” to “Quiet” cleaning
- Excellent Vacuum performance equivalent to Corded models achieved by improving cooling efficiency against more heat generation from electrical parts due to the increased output power
- Disturbing noises like wind noise have been reduced by suppressing the transmission of motor vibration with anti-vibration rubber and redesigning the exhaust air flow path of the motor to reduce wind noise
- IPX4-rated water-resistance
- HEPA Filter is used to capture very fine particles effectively
- Features Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) which is engineered to provide increased dust and water resistance in harsh job site conditions
