This is a compact and manually operated ribbon coding machine ideal for applying variable data onto flexible packaging materials. It utilizes a thermal transfer method where a heated brass character die presses a colored ribbon onto the plastic film, leaving behind a clear and smudge-proof imprint. The machine is capable of printing up to three lines of text, with each line accommodating up to 12 characters at a height of 2.5 mm. Its versatility allows it to print on a wide array of commonly used plastic pouch materials, making it suitable for various industries requiring on-package coding. The manual operation provides control over the printing process, making it suitable for lower volume production or applications where flexibility is key.

Applications
:- Production Sector : Printing production dates, batch numbers, weights, and other parameters on a variety of materials, such as plastic films, aluminum products, leather goods, etc., is another use for this coding machine in the manufacturing sector.
- Retail Sector : Retailers utilize electric ribbon coding machines to print labels that provide pricing and promotional information directly onto products or their packaging.
- Food Industry : Date codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and other pertinent information can be imprinted on food packaging with this machine. It enables legible writing on a variety of packaging materials, including paper and plastic bags.
- Pharmaceutical Industry : Batch numbers, expiration dates, and other critical information on medicine packaging are coded using the coding machine in the pharmaceutical industry. Traceability and adherence to legal standards are guaranteed.
Precautionary Guidance:
Usage
:- Setup: Place the machine on a stable and level surface. Connect it to a 220V/60Hz power outlet.
- Character Loading: Carefully load the required brass characters (letters, numbers, symbols) into the character holder, arranging them to form the desired code for each of the three lines. Ensure they are securely in place.
- Ribbon Loading: Thread the colored ribbon through the machine according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring it passes correctly over the heated print head and in contact with the brass characters. Select a ribbon width (25mm, 30mm, or 35mm) appropriate for the print area.
- Temperature Adjustment: If the machine has a temperature control, adjust it according to the type and thickness of the plastic film being printed on. Start with a lower temperature and gradually increase if the print is not clear.
- Pouch Positioning: Position the plastic pouch in the designated printing area, ensuring it is aligned correctly for the desired print location.
- Manual Operation: Manually press the operating lever or button to bring the heated brass characters and ribbon into contact with the pouch. Apply firm and even pressure for a brief moment to transfer the code onto the film. The printing speed and pressure are controlled by the operator.
- Repeat: Repeat the process for each pouch that needs to be coded.
- Power Off: After use, turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source. Allow the print head to cool down before handling.
- Pre-Use Checks : Inspect for debris on the printing surfaces and ensure the power supply is stable and undamaged.
- Cleaning Procedures : After each shift, clean the work surface and wipe down the machine with a soft, dry cloth.
- Regular Maintenance : Clean the ribbon path and print head regularly to prevent clogs and ensure clear prints.
