Usage
:User Instructions :
- Connect the needle securely to a compatible vibrator motor.
- Insert the needle vertically into freshly poured concrete.
- Turn on the motor and slowly move the needle throughout the pour.
- Avoid over-vibrating or keeping the needle in one place too long.
- After compaction, turn off and disconnect the needle.
Maintenance :
- Clean thoroughly after every use to remove concrete residue
- Inspect hose and joints regularly for cracks or damage
- Store straight or coiled loosely to avoid damage to the rubber cage
- Lubricate connection points if required by the vibrator model
- Do not use without motor or under dry conditions to avoid wear
