Description
The Best Premium Quality Single Bucket Milking Machine is a top-tier dairy solution designed for farmers who prioritize animal comfort, hygiene, and mechanical reliability. This robust system is powered by a high torque 1 HP copper wound motor paired with a heavy-duty 220 LPM (Liters Per Minute) vacuum pump, ensuring a stable and consistent vacuum flow even during extended use. Housed on a sturdy, powder coated mobile trolley, the machine features a food grade stainless steel bucket and a precision pulsator that mimics natural calf suckling. This setup significantly reduces milking time while preventing teat injury, making it the gold standard for modern dairy management.
Features
:- High Capacity 220 LPM Pump: The oversized vacuum pump ensures rapid vacuum buildup and maintains a steady pressure for effortless milking of high-yield cows.
- Powerful 1 HP Motor: Equipped with a premium, energy-efficient 1 HP motor designed for continuous operation without overheating.
- Food Grade Stainless Steel Bucket: Includes a heavy-gauge SS-304 bucket that is corrosion-resistant, easy to sanitize, and maintains milk purity.
- Heavy Duty Mobile Chassis: The entire unit is mounted on a reinforced trolley with large, durable wheels for easy movement across uneven stable floors.
Applications
:- Small to Medium Dairy Farms: Perfect for herds of 5 to 15 cows or buffaloes, significantly reducing manual labor costs.
- Hygiene-Conscious Milk Production: Used in farms aiming for "Class A" milk by reducing external contamination common in hand-milking.
- Veterinary & Research Farms: Suitable for controlled milking environments where precise vacuum levels are required for animal health studies.
- Boutique Organic Dairies: Facilitates rapid processing to maintain the cold chain and freshness of organic milk.
Usage
:Prepare the Milking Area :
- Ensure Cow Comfort : Use clean bedding and maintain a calm atmosphere.
- Check the Machine : Inspect all components for cleanliness and functionality to avoid malfunctions during milking.
Prepare the Cows for Milking :
- Inspection : Check cows for any signs of illness or discomfort.
- Hygiene : Clean the udder and teats thoroughly with warm water and a sanitizing solution to minimize the risk of infection.
- Calm the Animals : Keep the environment quiet and stress-free, and handle the cows gently to ensure their comfort.
Adjust the Machine Settings :
- Each herd may have specific milking needs, so it’s essential to set the machine correctly
- Select the Right Pulsation Rate : This is usually specified in the manual and can differ between different lactation stages of cows.
- Set the Milk Flow Rate : Adjust according to the cow’s milking speed and to prevent machine overload.
Attach the Milking Clusters :
Connect the milking clusters to the cows following these steps :
- Positioning : Approach the cow calmly and position the milking cluster directly below the udder.
- Attachment : Carefully attach the teat cups to each teat, ensuring a snug fit without applying too much pressure.
- Check for Proper Seal : Ensure there is no leakage or improper positioning of the cups.
Monitor the Milking Process :
- While the machine operates, it’s important to monitor the process :
- Observe Cow Behavior : Ensure the cow is comfortable and relaxed.
- Observe the Milk Flow : While conducting the milking process, observe the flow rate of the milk and make sure that uniform flow is maintained.
Detach the Clusters :
- Once the cow has been milked, it’s time to detach the milking clusters, gently detach the milking cluster from the cow's udders upon completion of the milking process.
