Usage

• Pre-Use Inspection: Check oil levels in the vacuum pump and ensure all tubes are securely connected and free of cracks.
• System Start-up: Switch on the 2HP motor and allow the vacuum gauge to reach the recommended operating pressure (typically 35-40 kPa).
• Teat Preparation: Clean and dry the animal's teats thoroughly before attaching the clusters to prevent infection and ensure a good seal.
• Attachment: Align the milking cluster under the udder and attach the liners one by one, ensuring the vacuum locks onto each teat.
• Monitoring: Observe the milk flow through the transparent tubes; once the flow stops, break the vacuum and gently remove the cluster.
• Cleaning Routine: Immediately after milking, flush the system with clean water and a dairy-grade detergent to prevent milk stone buildup.
