Description
Bluepoint AT235MCA is a 1/4 inch mini / micro pneumatic impact wrench designed for high‑speed fastening and removal in tight or hard‑to‑reach areas, running up to about 13,000 RPM no‑load with compact, lightweight construction and composite housing for reduced operator fatigue.
Features
:- Composite housing contributes to an extremely durable,
- lightweight unit with new molded comfort grip
- Composite housing is not cold to the touch
- Forward/Reverse mechanism easily operated with one-finger
- Large, variable speed trigger for control
- Exhaust is from the handle bottom, keeping exhaust away from work area and user
Accessories
:Applications
:- Automotive repair : Fastening and loosening small bolts and nuts on dashboards, interior panels, motorcycle engines, and light assemblies where torque requirements are modest.
- Small engine and equipment service : Working on lawn equipment, generators, compressors, and machinery covers and brackets.
- Bench and assembly work : Electronics housings, fixtures, jigs, and light production or maintenance tasks needing repetitive tightening.
- General maintenance : Tasks requiring quick removal/install of small fasteners in tight spots, such as HVAC panels, appliance covers, and machinery guards.
Usage
:- Connect the wrench to a clean, regulated compressed‑air line (typically around 6.2–6.3 bar / 90 psi at the tool) and use proper quick‑connect fittings and an in‑line lubricator if recommended.
- Fit the correct impact‑rated 1/4 inch socket and place it fully onto the fastener before pulling the trigger.
- Use the one‑hand forward/reverse control to select tightening or loosening, and modulate the variable‑speed trigger for controlled torque application.
- Avoid prolonged free‑spinning at high RPM without load, and do not exceed the tool’s rated torque; use a torque wrench for final precise torque where required.
- After use, disconnect air, add a few drops of air tool oil into the inlet if specified, and store the wrench in a clean, dry place.
