Description
SUPER 9000 Diflubenzuron 25% WP is a powerful mosquito larvicidal insecticide formulated to control mosquito larvae in various water bodies. It disrupts chitin synthesis during the molting process of mosquito larvae, effectively preventing their development into adult mosquitoes. Suitable for use in clean and polluted surface water, sewage pits, latrines, septic tanks, and stagnant water areas, it helps control disease vectors such as Aedes, Anopheles, and Culex mosquitoes. This wettable powder (WP) formulation is easy to apply with spray equipment and offers reliable, long-lasting larval control. It is also effective against housefly maggots. SUPER 9000 is designed for integrated pest management programs, ensuring environmental safety and efficient mosquito population reduction. Diflubenzuron is a benzoylurea insecticide (a type of insect growth regulator, or IGR), used to control arthropod pests, particularly in agriculture, forestry, public health, and veterinary medicine, by disrupting chitin synthesis (a molecule essential for the exoskeleton of insects).
