Usage
:Positioning: Place the sealer on a level, solid floor surface to ensure the foot pedal operates with full mechanical clearance.
Timer Setting: Set the timer dial based on the micron thickness of your bag; thicker bags require a higher setting
Bag Alignment: Use both hands to hold the bag neck flat across the 300mm sealing wire, ensuring no folds or product dust are in the seal area.
Seal the Bag : Place your foot on the pedal to lower the sealing jaw onto the bag. Maintain pressure until you see an indicator light turn off, signaling that sealing is complete.
Cool and Inspect : Allow the seal to cool for a few seconds before releasing pressure. Check the seal for any defects or leaks to ensure it is airtight.
