- Prepare the desired amount of dough either with the help of a Dough Flour Kneading or Mixing Machine or Manual. This dough passes through the namkeen extruder machine and long rods of sev, bhujia, gathiya come out from the extruder with a fitted die which is directly placed in the frying pan for frying. After that keep it out of the frying pan and place it into the oil extractor to remove excess oil.

Usage
:Set Up the Machine : Place the machine on a stable surface and ensure it is clean and assembled properly.
Prepare the Dough : Mix ingredients such as flour, spices, and water to form a dough of the desired consistency.
Load the Dough : Open the hopper and load the prepared dough into it, ensuring it is evenly packed.
Select the Die (Jali) : Choose the appropriate die (jal) based on the type of farsan you want to make, such as bhujia, sev, or other snacks. Attach the die securely.
Start Operating : Turn the handle (manual) or start the motor (if motorized). The dough will be extruded through the die to form the farsan.
Fry the Farsan : Collect the freshly extruded farsan and fry it in hot oil until crispy and golden.
Drain and Serve : Once fried, remove the farsan from the oil, drain excess oil, and let it cool before serving or storing.
Clean the Machine : After use, disassemble and clean the machine thoroughly to maintain its efficiency and hygiene.
