Usage

Usage Guidance (How to use) :

Select the 220V or 380V input. If using a generator, confirm its KVA output meets the welder's requirements and connect it.
Set the amperage based on your electrode size. Use the included accessories to securely attach the electrode holder and ground clamp.
Strike the arc quickly; the high 80V OCV will ensure instantaneous, reliable starting.
Maintain a steady arc and travel speed for optimal results.

Maintenance Guidance :

Use a clean, dry air compressor periodically to blow dust from the cooling vents. The internal 5 PCB and 4 IGBT components require clean air for longevity.
Regularly inspect the power cord for damage, especially the input leads for both 220V and 380V, and check all accessory connections.
Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after turning the machine off to fully cool the internal components.
Store the machine in a dry, clean, and secure area to protect the sensitive electronics and maintain performance.
