Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to use) :
- Select the correct input voltage (220V or 380V) and connect the appropriate industrial plug or a suitable power generator.
- Set the amperage based on your electrode size and material thickness (use the high output for thick materials).
- Strike the arc quickly; the high OCV will ensure instantaneous starting, and the ARC Force will stabilize the welding process.
- For generator use, ensure the generator has sufficient KVA output to meet the welder's requirements to prevent tripping or damage.
Maintenance Guidance (Concise Paragraphs) :
- Use a clean, dry air compressor periodically to blow dust from the cooling vents. The advanced internal components (5 PCB, 4 IGBT) rely on clean air for proper cooling.
- Regularly inspect the multi-voltage power cord for damage, particularly near the different plug connections.
- Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after turning the machine off to fully cool the high-performance internal components.
