- Electrode Selection Choose high-quality electrodes up to 4.0mm and ensure they are dry before use for the best bead quality.
- Amperage Setting Dial in the current based on material thickness utilizing higher ranges (150A+) for plates above 6mm.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Cooling System Care Frequently blow compressed air through the vents to prevent metal dust accumulation which can affect the high-performance IGBTs.
